AngloINFO Geneva is Switzerland's first AngloINFO. It serves the French-speaking part of Switzerland to include Lausanne, Neuchâtel and across the border in neighbouring France.
Geneva, known as the "Gateway to Europe" for its convenient geographical location, has been an important economic centre throughout history. The city of Geneva, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva, is home to many multinational corporations, non-governmental organisations and diplomatic missions. Given that nearly half of Geneva's population is made up of foreigners, there is a thriving community where English has become the Lingua Franca.
Acting Manager of AngloINFO Geneva is Fiona Aris. Fiona worked for many years in magazine publishing before moving abroad to live in Norway, Greece and Italy. On her return to the UK she worked in media recruitment and in business teaching before joining AngloINFO as Business Development Director. She has two teenage sons, James and Nick and spends much of her spare time trying to persuade them to get up and do some work or transporting them to and from rugby matches!
AngloINFO Geneva provides those living in the area - or planning a move there from elsewhere - all the features and benefits to which AngloINFO's users elsewhere in France, Cyprus and Spain are accustomed.
